4 thong round braid with a 2 ply twisted thong cordage for a central core. turks head turminal knots were used.

My old 2 ply twisted cordage broke to often and so I used it as the central core for this round braid to replace it.

Works far better than the old one and because of its increased size and such it is much more comfortable.

Nifty, no pinching or trying to find a skinny tie with fingers that aren't quite working well. (both things I've experienced with tunic laces)

yeah. That always sucks. I like the bigger flat or round things to use as ties for that reason. :d
