I like this style best of the last three hoof picks that I have tried. The twist I might like to make a little more decorative next time but other than that I am really happy with this one.
I now only need to hand these to someone I know with a horse and see what they think of them.

I made some hoof picks out of old horse shoes a wile back. If you cut them in half and point the end they are wonderful hoof picks.
Theres a lot on google similar to what I did, though I am nowhere near as talented as these people.
