tool role for hot+cold tools

Still plenty of room to add more tools to this role but for now these are all the tools for this role. Mostly my punches hot cuts flatters and such. Made from one pants leg half of my old jinko fatboy pants. Loved those pants till they got all the holes in them lol. Might add a strip in the center to hold cold chisles for engraving work when I make them.
