veinwork on bowls

This Saturday my girlfriend swung the 10lbs sledge for me. We worked on four leaf bowls. Three of which are for commissions. This was the veining that we were doing on all of them.

I was very happy to have the help as she swung it all day for me.

This was also the first time I had used the box bellows and coal forge for actual forge work. I am very happy with the way they performed.

We are working on a stump some of you may recognize as part of my old temporary post vice stand.

It was a good day
